
Atterfelt Förvaltning AB has sold the shares in Backa 18:5 AB, which owns the properties Backa 18:5 and Backa 766:892 in the Municipality of Gothenburg. The properties are located at Salsmästaregatan 21 in Backa, in a strategic central Gothenburg location adjacent to the Göta River. The buyer is a fast-growing company that, at this stage, wishes to remain anonymous.
The freehold properties comprise a total land area of approximately 15,000 square metres. One of the properties includes a building with a total lettable area of just over 7,300 square metres, comprising office space as well as warehouse/production areas. The building was originally constructed in 1993 and underwent extensive refurbishment, redevelopment and extension works carried out by Atterfelt during the period 2015–2020, resulting in a high standard and significant flexibility for future use.
The property is fully let to Consilium Marine & Safety AB, which uses the premises as its headquarters and warehouse facility. The lease agreement runs until 30 September 2030.
