Panreal sell-side advisor to Union Investment in the divestment of the retail property Sisjö Entré

Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to a German fund managed by Union Investment in the divestment of the retail property Sisjö Entré.

The property is situated in a prime location in the heart of Sisjön retail agglomeration, Gothenburg. Gross leasable area amounts to 15,310 square metres and the main tenants include Rusta och XXL. Union Investment has owned the property since 2008 and has now decided to divest it to Bygg-Göta, which already owns several properties in the retail district. The transaction was structured as a share deal through the acquisition of the property-owning company. Bygg-Göta took possession of the shares on 15 January 2026.
