The property occupies a prime location in the heart of the Sisjön retail agglomeration in Gothenburg. It comprises 15,310 square metres of gross leasable area, with key tenants including Rusta and XXL. Sisjön is one of the Gothenburg region’s leading retail destinations, offering more than 100,000 square metres of retail space and attracting approximately 11 million visitors annually.
Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to Union Investment, providing project management and advisory services throughout the entire transaction process, from initial preparations through to completion. The purchase price is confidential, and closing took place on 15 January 2026. The buyer was Bygg-Göta.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data management, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination of the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
