Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Wilfast/NRP. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in January 2021. The buyer was Broadgate.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
