Atterfelt Förvaltning AB divested all shares in Backa 18:5 AB, the sole owner of the properties Backa 18:5 and Backa 766:892 in the Municipality of Gothenburg. The properties are located at Salsmästaregatan 21 in Backa, in a strategically attractive central Gothenburg location adjacent to the Göta River.

The freehold properties comprise a total land area of approximately 15,000 square metres. One of the properties includes a building with a total lettable area of just over 7,300 square metres, comprising office space as well as warehouse/production areas. The building was originally constructed in 1993 and underwent extensive refurbishments, redevelopment and extension works during the period 2015–2020, resulting in a high standard and significant flexibility for future use. The property is fully let to Consilium Marine & Safety AB, which uses the premises as its headquarters and warehouse facilities.

Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to Atterfelt Förvaltning AB and was responsible for project management and advisory services throughout the entire transaction process, from initial preparations through to completion. The agreed underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 140 million, and closing took place on 26 January 2026. The buyer was a fast-growing national property company.

Panreal’s mandate and responsibilities included strategic advisory, data management, direct outreach to and negotiations with all prospective investors, preparation and quality assurance of marketing materials, financial package and the data room, coordination of the buyer’s due diligence process, as well as final negotiations.
