Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Feskarbröderna. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in April 2020. The buyer was Wallenstam.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
